Hands-on experience led to the creation of the Nopiko multipurpose auger, which has become a trusted tool for many contractors today. This innovative technology allows stumps to be removed quickly and cleanly without damaging surrounding green areas. Years of development and field testing resulted in a blade that is perfectly optimized for stump removal, providing maximum efficiency and durability under real worksite conditions.
Later on, the auger has inspired further innovations, including a cone for log splitting, which has already progressed from prototype to professional use, demonstrating the versatility and adaptability of the system. Other available attachment tools include soil drills and an adapter for screw piles.

Thanks to our invention, many machine contractors can offer stump removal services to their clients with good profit margins, while public organisations save significantly on contracting costs.
Nopiko Oy has been developing its digital visibility and marketing. The aim of the development work is to improve search engine visibility, sharpen communication for different target groups, and strengthen awareness of Nopiko’s products both in Finland and in international markets.
As part of the project, Nopiko’s website was renewed, with a focus on improving the user experience and search engine optimisation. A digital marketing strategy was also developed for the three target markets. The work included defining key target groups, core messages and the value proposition, as well as identifying the most relevant marketing and communication channels.
As a result of the project, Nopiko now has a clearer, more search-engine-friendly website and a practical marketing plan that provides a structured basis for carrying out digital marketing activities in Finland and internationally.
